March 2020 7.5" Progress

Four of our friends from Ridge Live Steamers in Dundee, FL spent the day helping to lay track, for which we are most grateful.  These photos will give a general idea of some of the labor-intensive efforts required to build a railroad.  Our newest addition is a lift table built by Mikie and Scott to load and unload locomotives and rolling stock.  The photo on the right show Al and Mikie load-testing the new lift table.  The buckets are filled with crushed granite ballast.
