Transfer Table, Steaming Bays, & Equipment Storage Facility

Below are conceptual sketches of the Steaming Bays/Transfer Table/Equipment Storage Facility for the NEFLRR.  

 

This facility will be built near the access road to the railroad and the southwestern running loop of the railroad.  It will provide facilities to load and unload railroad equipment from member and visitor vehicles.  The transfer table will provide direct access to the railroad, steaming bays, or equipment storage.  The steaming bays will provide a covered work area for members and visitors to prepare their engines and equipment, whether they are arriving or departing the railroad.  Additional space near the facility will be reserved for member and visitor vehicle parking.
